George A. Tsihrintzis received the Diploma of Electrical Engineer from the National Technical University of Athens, Greece (with honors) and the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts, USA. He is currently a Professor in The University of Piraeus, Greece and Head of its Department of Informatics. From 2008 to 2016, he also served as the Director of the Graduate Program of Study in “Advanced Computing and Informatics Systems” of the Department. His current research interests include Knowledge- based/Intelligent Software Engineering, Software Personalization, Information Retrieval from Databases, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Pattern Recognition, Decision Theory, and Statistical Signal Processing and their applications in Multimedia Interactive Services, User Modeling, Knowledge-based Software Systems, Human-Computer Interaction and Information Retrieval. He has authored or co-authored over 300 research publications in these areas, which have appeared in international journals, book chapters, and conference proceedings, and has served as the principal investigator or co-investigator in several R&D projects. He has supervised 10 doctoral students who have received their doctoral degrees and is currently supervising an additional 5 students.

Vijayan Sugumaran is Professor of Management Information Systems and Chair of the Department of Decision and Information Sciences at Oakland University, Rochester, Michigan, USA. His research interests are in the areas of Big Data Management and Analytics, Ontologies and Semantic Web, Intelligent Agent and Multi-Agent Systems, Component Based Software Development, Knowledge-Based Systems, and Data & Information Modeling. He has published over 150 peer-reviewed articles in Journals, Conferences, and Books. He has edited twelve books and serves on the Editorial Boards of eight journals. His most recent publications have appeared in Information systems Research, ACM Transactions on Database Systems, IEEE Transactions on Big Data, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, IEEE Transactions on Education, Communications of the ACM, Healthcare Management Science, Data and Knowledge Engineering, The DATABASE for Advances in Information Systems, and Information Systems Journal. Dr. Sugumaran is the editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Intelligent Information Technologies.

Prof. Srikanta Patnaik is Director of I.I.M.T., Bhubaneswar, India. He has received his Ph. D. (Engineering) on Computational Intelligence from Jadavpur University, India in 1999. He has supervised more than 30 Ph. D. Theses and 100 Master theses in the area of Computational Intelligence, Machine Learning, Soft Computing Applications and Re-Engineering. Dr. Patnaik has published around 100 research papers in international journals and conference proceedings. He is author of 2 text books and 55 edited volumes and few invited book chapters, published by leading international publisher like IEEE, Elsevier, Springer-Verlag, Kluwer Academic, etc.. Dr. Srikanta Patnaik is the Editors-in-Chief of International Journal of Information and Communication Technology and International Journal of Computational Vision and Robotics published from Inderscience Publishing House, England and, Editor of Journal of Information and Communication Convergence Engineering and Associate Editor of Journal of Intelligent and Fuzzy Systems (JIFS), which are all Scopus Index journals. He is also Editors-in-Chief of Book Series on “Modeling and Optimization in Science and Technology” published from Springer, Germany and Advances in Computer and Electrical Engineering (ACEE) and Advances in Medical Technologies and Clinical Practice (AMTCP), published by IGI Global, USA. Prof. Paulo Canas Rodrigues,

Paulo Canas Rodrigues obtained his PhD in Statistics at Universidade Nova de Lisboa (2012), and his Aggregation (Habilitation) in Mathematics, specialization in Statistics and Stochastic Processes, at Universidade de Lisboa (2019). He is currently a professor in the Statistics Department at the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA). He has published more than 70 scientific papers, in collaboration with more than 90 co-authors from 20 countries and has extensive experience in editorial activities. Paulo was Vice-President of the International Association for Business and Industrial Statistics between 2009 and 2013 and was the founder and Chairman of the Latin American Regional Section of the International Association for Statistical Computing between 2017 and 2019. Among other activities, he is currently the President of the Brazilian Region of the International Biometric Society, Member of the Representative Council of the International Biometric Society, Principal Investigator of the Statistical Learning Laboratory, Chair of the Special Interest Group on Data Science of the International Statistical Institute, and President-Elect of the International Association for Business and Industrial Statistics.

He is the Author of 35 Research Articles and 3 Test Books i.e., Management Accounting, Cost Accounting and also Advanced Cost and Management Accounting which are useful for CA , CMA and MBA Students. Dr. Debendra Kumar Mahalik, presently working as Associate Professor and HOD of the Department of Business Administration, Sambalpur University, Jyoti Vihar engaged in Teaching and Research in the areas of Decision making and ICT application. His current area of research includes Supply Chain Management, ICT applications and Decision making. He has 6 years of industrial experience and 20 years of teaching experience. He has more than 30 years of experience in various capacities as a lecturer in College of Engineering and technology, as a consultant in Price Waterhouse Coopers, to senior positions in BSNL, Department of telecom and Telecom Regulatory authority of India. Presently he is serving as Director (Technology) in Department of Telecom. As Director (Technology) he was instrumental in conducting Digital Communication Innovation Promotion meet among academia, startups, and other stakeholders. He has started Digital communication Innovation award from DOT Odisha side. He was a keynote speaker in many of seminars and Conferences. Before this he was Director (Skill Development and Entrepreneurship) in DOT HQ Newdelhi. He advocated high-tech skill development in Indian Languages and pushed for Engineering education in Indian languages in different committee. He has started Deendayal Upadhyay telecom skill excellence award. Prior to this he was Director (International Cooperation) in DOT HQ Newdelhi. He has led the Indian delegation to ITU telecom world Budapest in the year 2015. He was also a government nominee director in the board of IIMA IDEA Telcom Centre of Excellence. He was instrumental in supporting to make the India’s standard development organisation telecom standard development society of India.
